Short summary
How can we minimize the risk that we'll regret current decisions on our spatial planning and on flood risk management in future? How can we ensure that we capitalize potential of integrated measures serving multiple objectives? This is what flood resilient landscapes is about. Essential in our approach is value thinking: both climate and society will be different in future. Using the approach opens the possibility of using flood risk management as a leverage to spatial planning.
