Short summary
This research was initially based on the fact that water resources are decreasing with climate change, while the needs of the population are increasing. It concerns the Urban Commune of Ambositra and the Rural Commune of Ambositra, crossed by the Isaha River. In this perspective, this article aims to analyze the relationship between water resources and needs for various users taking into account the climatic variability. Modelization was made with WEAP (Water Evaluation And Planning) software.
