Short summary
This research focus on developing a better understanding of long-term changes in flow of Texas and help make effective water management. Long-term alterations in flow are analyzed by HEC-DSS,IHA. WAM are performed for present conditions of water resource management. Results shown rainfall and river flows in Texas are extremely variable. Long-term trends in monthly rainfall are no significant. Evaporation rates appear to be gradually increasing. River flows are more sensitive to human activities.
